Dark Sour, aged for three years in French Oak Cognac barrels. Only a tiny batch was born, and there are not many places where you can find this beauty. This brew is mature, developing many different layers of flavours with each sip. The sourness of green apples come to the main stage, fading into the background for the cherries to play solo in the front. It is a symphony of sweet, sour and dry, tickling your senses with a mild spicy finish, developed from the ageing and entering your taste buds in a pleasant order. Despite its relatively low ABV of 5.7 %, this beer deserves an occasion to sip and savour. Artwork crafted by Shane O'Driscoll.
